Erin Cressy, PhD

Erin’s Why (or purpose) is to connect people, knowledge, and ideas to create life-changing transformation. The work at Cressy Leadership allows her to fulfill this purpose by engaging in coaching and training in organizations that are diverse in size and industry. From construction to banking, Erin has learned that the “sweet spot” for Cressy Leadership is working with people who are committed to creating more fulfilling and productive workplaces. Erin works to build leaders in her community as well, having served as a founding board member of Girls on the Run Michiana and a long-time volunteer and board member of Leadership South Bend/Mishawaka. Erin is a life-long learner who is a trained Co-Active Coach through CTI, a certified CliftonStrengths coach, and holds a M.A. and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Miami University. 


 

Mickey Hay, PhD

Mickey’s Why is to support clients in achieving their potential as human beings and leaders. She earned her Master’s in Counseling from Indiana University and her PhD in Leadership from Andrews University. She is a trained coach through the Co-Active Training Institute and as an ardent lifelong learner, has completed many courses to keep her awareness broad and her skills sharp. Mickey provides coaching support through a program she designed called Third Act Leadership for leaders who are nearing retirement and want to continue making an impact, remain intellectually engaged, and find fulfillment in their "third act." Mickey experienced her own third act after leaving a 25-year career in higher education as an administrator. Her experience provides her with tremendous empathy and insight into the challenges and opportunities of post-retirement life and potential new careers.

Anna McEachern

Anna’s Why is to use the divine wisdom she has gained from overcoming life’s toughest challenges to inspire and empower others. The work she does as a coach and a trainer allows her to live this why, sharing expertise with groups and facilitating transformational growth with individuals. Anna has an extensive business background in varied industries, from finance and sales to coaching and training. She is an agile strategic thinker, a continuous learner, and always brings a lens of positivity to the work she does! Anna is a trained Co-Active Coach through CTI, a certified Talogy provider, and she serves as a Trusted Advisor for REF.
