Erin’s Why (or purpose) is to connect people, knowledge, and ideas to create life-changing transformation. The work at Cressy Leadership allows her to fulfill this purpose by engaging in coaching and training in organizations that are diverse in size and industry. From construction to banking, Erin has learned that the “sweet spot” for Cressy Leadership is working with people who are committed to creating more fulfilling and productive workplaces. Erin works to build leaders in her community as well, having served as a founding board member of Girls on the Run Michiana and a long-time volunteer and board member of Leadership South Bend/Mishawaka. Erin is a life-long learner who is a trained Co-Active Coach through CTI, a certified CliftonStrengths coach, and holds a M.A. and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Miami University.
Mickey’s Why is to help clients make continuous progress toward self-awareness and self-actualization to become better leaders, colleagues, and community members. As Chief Learning Officer, Mickey continually develops and brings pertinent and impactful material to the Cressy Leadership coaching and training curriculum. She focuses her energy on clients’ ability to achieve their highest aspirations as leaders, regardless of their position within their organizations. With Erin Cressy, she created the Leadership Academy which has had tremendous impacts in a variety of industries including health care, construction, and technology. Mickey earned her master’s degree in counseling from Indiana University and her Ph.D. in Leadership from Andrews University. She is a trained Co-Active Coach through CTI and an Enhanced Skills Practitioner of Conversational Intelligence®.
