What is Coaching?
In the coaching process a collaborative and trusting relationship between a client and coach is formed. A coach listens deeply, asks powerful questions, and helps the client clarify what they want and how to get there. The coaching process supports clients in developing self-awareness and building valuable leadership skills to fulfill their goals and the organization’s goals for their development.
How does it work?
The coach will meet with the client once or twice a month for 6 months or more. She serves as a guide, an accountability partner, a sounding board and a trusted advisor.
Who will benefit?
Coaching is ideal for employees at any level within the organization. As the coaching client, you may be an executive, manager, supervisor, team leader, business owner, or anyone in your organization who could benefit from personal growth and leadership development.
LEADERSHIP COACHING PROGRAM
The leadership coaching program typically lasts 6-9 months and includes 20 hours of coaching. Coaching sessions include assessment review, individual coaching meetings, and periodic “supervisor coaching meetings” between the client, their coach, and their direct supervisor. These meetings support the client by clarifying goals, building trust, and ensuring the desired outcomes of coaching are being met. Assessments include the DiSC Workplace Profile, the CliftonStrengths Profile, and additional assessments as needed to support the client in achieving their goals.
This program is ideal for:
o C-suite or emerging C-suite leaders
o Mid-level or new leaders
o Leaders/employees actively seeking an opportunity for growth
o Leaders/employees stepping into new roles
o Leaders/employees struggling with challenges
o Leaders/employees wanting more fulfillment in their role
o Leaders/employees at a crossroads, wanting to clarify next steps for themselves or their organization
o Leaders wanting to create positive culture change within their organization
ASSESSMENT-SPECIFIC COACHING
For individuals interested in expanding their self-awareness and experimenting with the coaching process, a DiSC Workplace Profile coaching session (90 minutes) or a CliftonStrengths Profile coaching session (2.5 hours) is an ideal fit. Participants will complete their chosen assessment and meet with a coach to understand their results and effectively apply their learning.
